Our quality committment
Our objective is to maintain high standards throughout the company, in accordance with the fundamental standards of quality and safety required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and our own internal quality assurance processes. All our services, both residential care and supported living are CQC registered.
Our Services
In each service, both residential care homes and supported living, the team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers. A fundamental part of our success in supporting people with such complex needs is the multi-disciplinary approach provided by our own Positive Behaviour Support Team
We also place great importance on providing individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities, to support each individual in their ongoing development.
We pride ourselves on supporting our staff through effective management, training opportunities and career progression. We are committed to providing our employees with the best training available, ensuring that our service users are always looked after by highly-experienced social care workers.
